Identity of the Company
This website and online shop are operated by Bernamo Clothing® – Amaury Vanderlinden, registered in Belgium (VAT BE [add number]). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this website or placing orders.

Scope of Application
These Terms govern the sale of physical retail products and B2B customized merchandise. Product images, descriptions and colors shown online are indicative and may differ depending on device displays. Prices may change without notice but apply as displayed at time of order confirmation.

Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes a purchase offer. The sales contract is formed only after written confirmation or shipment. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to outstanding payments, supply limitation, or suspicion of fraud. Risk transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt, and to B2B customers upon delivery to the carrier.

Prices, VAT and Payment
Consumer prices include VAT in accordance with Belgian and EU law. B2B prices exclude VAT unless specified. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers and orders ship only after full payment. Late payments for B2B contracts may incur interest as permitted by Belgian law (Act of 02/08/2002).

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers — EU Law)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receiving their non-customized purchase. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Refunds occur within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized, embroidered, printed, modified or made-to-order items, as stated under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right for eligible products, email hello@bernamo.be.

Customized Orders & B2B Projects
Custom projects become binding upon approval of the final design through email confirmation, signed proof, or digital approval. After approval, cancellation, refund or alteration is not possible. Artwork supplied by the client must be owned or licensed by the client, who bears full responsibility for legal rights to the material. Concepts, mock-ups or designs created by Bernamo remain intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.

Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to Belgium, EU member states and other specified countries. Delivery times are indicative unless contractually guaranteed. Full shipping details are provided in our Shipping Policy: [INSERT LINK].

Warranty and Conformity
All products benefit from a two-year legal conformity warranty for EU consumers. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, accidents, alterations or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claims should be submitted with proof of purchase and images to hello@bernamo.be.

Limitation of Liability
Bernamo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability related to purchased goods is capped at the product purchase price, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property
All brand names, product names, images, designs and descriptions on the website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or reused without written authorization.

User Reviews and Submissions
By submitting reviews or content to Bernamo, you grant a non-exclusive right to publish, edit or use it for marketing purposes without compensation.

Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and all agreements are governed by Belgian law. Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. B2B disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
